APPLE AND CARROT ENZYMES
Benefit: carrot is good antioxidant that provides energy and improves the immune system. Suitable for those who work long hours infront of computers.
5 green apple
5 red apple
2 carrot
1 green lemon
350gm rock sugar
Method:-
Rinse and peel red apple. Green apple, carrot and green lemon. Cut into shreds. Place a layer of red apple, green apple, carrot and green lemon shreds into a glass bottle then followed by a layer of rock sugar. Repeat this step until all ingredients are used up rock sugar must be placed as the top layer. Seal and store the bottle in a shady and cool place for fermentation. Shake the bottle on the 3rd day so that the fruits could be evenly fermented. Store for 2 weeks. Serve
I store it for more the a month. – the longer the better
