BANANA MOIST CAKE

A) 500GM BUTER
350GM SUGAR

B) 8 EGG

C) 600GM FLOUR* SIEVE
6 TBSP FRESH MILK
2 TBSP BAKING POWDER * SIEVE WITH FLOUR – 3X

D) 600GM BANANA – MASHED
PINCH OF SALT
½ TSP BANANA ESSENCE

METHOD:-
CREAM (A) TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY
ADD (B) AND CREAM TILL LIGHT AND SMOOTH
FOLD IN THE SIEVED © AND MIX WELL. MIXED MASHED BANANA WITH THE REST (D) INGREDIENT TILL SMOOTH. ADD INTO THE MIXTURE AND MIX WELL. POUR MIXTURE INTO GREASED PAN . BAKE AT 180 DEGREE FOR 1 HOURS. photo 3cf4a75d_zps0a8caad7.jpg
