Ijah request cake cheese from her mama wa. katanya dah lama tak makan cheese cake ever since dia berpindah sekolah dari labuan ke kolej sekarang. yer tak yer juga coz bila im free dia kat asrama, bila dia bercuti makcik plak di rumah satu lagi kat sinun. since last weekend makcik request dia datang tolong makcik kemas apa yang patut di rumah, makcik bagi reward tuk dia. gembira sungguh budak tu makan, sampai mata naik juling tak henggat. sedap ler tu. siap tapau tuk kawan kat kolej lagi. seronok makcik tengok budak makan dengan berselera. jadi rindu plak pada puteri lilin makcik tu. counting the day. insyallah lusa puteri lilin balik.. owh tak sabar nya tunggu my eating patner balik for raya. so those ternak lemak kinda tema makanan dah ada dalam list kepala ini. with her wishlist lagi.. and yes..every year kalau balik rumah jer ada lah wishlist puteri lilin nih yang kena di penuhi. makin mengelembung dan kembang lah perut makcik lepas ini.
PEACHES BAKED CHEESECAKE - Adapted from baking code by Alex Goh
for the sponge cake
A
5 Egg Yolk
20g sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
B. 5 egg white (pukul sehingga kembang - like meringue, tak faham juga, macam kita nak buat pavlova tu)
C. 120g sugar
D
90g plain flour
20g cocoa powder
E. 60g corn oil
method:-
whip A till light and fluffy
whip B until soft peak, add in ingredient C, continue whipping until stiff
mix the egg white mixture with A until well blended
fold in D. mix untul well combined. add in E. mix till well incorporated, pour mixture into a greased and line round mould. bake at 180 C for 30 minutes. remove the cake immediately when baked.
for the cheese layer
Ingredient A
250gm cream cheese
20gm sugar
1 orange zest (makcik tak guna)
cream ingredient A until light.
Ingredient B 3 egg yolk
Ingredient C
30 gm orange juice ( makcik guna peaches dalam tin)
80gm sour cream (makcik guna yogurt berperisa asli)
Ingredient D 25g plain flour
Ingredient E
3 egg white
55g sugar
whip until soft peak stage. makesure u ols punya beater tu kering dan bersih dari minyak. supaya putih telor kita naik dengan bergaya dan berganda.
method
1. grease and line the sides and bottom of 23cm round mould. base a greaseproof paper. wrap the outside of the mould with aluminium foil.
2. add in ingredient B into A, cream till smooth. add in C. cream until well blended. add in D. mix till well combined . add in E. mix until well incorporated.
3. Place a layer of sponge at the botton of the mould. pour the cheese mixture over the cake. bake in water bath at 160 C for 1 hour.
makcik letak kan buah markisa yang sejuk kat atas nya.. dan slurppppp...so very nice. wahhhh sedap giler
